1900年代初頭の落ち着いた内装で、どの料理もしっかりと基本を抑えて外さない。実に安心感の持てるうす味レストランだ。

Relaxingly settled interior of early 1900's. Every fundamental of cuisinery is steadily taken care of in each dish here, and they achieve a pleasing subtlety in tastes that I can fully rely on.
