モンフォルテ・デ・レモスのパラドールに滞在して、そのレストランで朝晩1度ずつ食事をした。
朝食はビュッフェ･スタイルで温かい卵料理は注文に応じて作ってくれる。ゆったりとした雰囲気の中で取る食事は流石に気持ちが良い。お皿の中央に置いたグラスの中身はトマトのジュレというか、ジュースにまで行かないよう粒々にミキサーした（すりおろし？）もので、これは逸品だった。朝食は€15で、ホテルとしては控えめ値段と言えるだろう。
夕食は最初の晩に行ってみたら、4組くらいの客がいた。量を抑えたいので前菜のホタテとメインのポークだけ注文。まずまずの味というところ。
今回はサンチアゴへの巡礼路に入る変わり種のルートということでここに来てみたが、居心地は良かったし、ここを起点にRibeiraのワイナリーをいくつか回ることも出来るので、お薦めできる。
Stayed in Palador
de Monforte de Lemos and had a breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant during the stay.
The breakfast was
offered in buffet style, and the eggs were cooked as requested. It was such a
comfortable meal in a calm, spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The glass in the plate in the middle of the picture is tomato gelé, or mashed not too far as
juice, and it was special. A €15 breakfast may be moderate for hotel price tag.
We had the dinner
in the first evening, and 4 tables were occupied including us. I only ordered
scallops for the starter and pork for the main dish as I wanted to limit the
whole amount, and both were quite enjoyable.
We came to
Monforte de Lemos as a uniquely interesting entry route to Sarria, the Camino
to Santiago de Compostela. The result was superb comfort and one could add arranging a tour to some Ribeira wineries from here. We can recommend a stay.
