派手さを見せないパンというアプローチはもしかするとシニフィアン・シニフィエあたりと似ているかも知れない。そう言えば先日池尻に行く用があったので、足を伸ばしてをシニフィエの小さな店を覗いてみたのだが、相変わらずお高くて僕にとっては高価格路線のブランド商売に見えて、昔からピンと来ないパン屋さんのひとつではある。
A bakery shop that is frequently reported in TV programs. A friend of mine brought us some samples as it is in her neighborhood. They appear as rustically straight-forward pieces of bread, and it is going to be a relaxing and enjoyable Sunday breakfast today.
Its approach with least flashiness for the bread itself may be similar to that of Signifiant Signfié, the small shop of which I stopped by the other day as I happened to be in Ikejiri although I have not highly regarded Signifié for years because it seems to me a branding business by pricing.
