たまたま生協のチラシを見て買ってみたら当たりだった。小豆島のメーカーだが、オリーブはスペイン産であとは砂糖だけ加えて作られている。マロングラッセみたいに単純に甘いだけではなく、つまみのオリーブの延長線上のお菓子という感じ。買い足ししたい・・・
I happened to find this desert in COOP's shopping catalog and gave it a try, which turned out to be excellent. This glacée comes from Shodoshima Island, known for olives, but it uses olives from Spain and added to them is sugar only. It is sort of sweet extension of pickled olives that go well with drinks, therefore somewhat complicated in its taste unlike marron glacé that tends to be simply sweet. I should get some more packs...
