贔屓にしているパン屋のBéeで新作のあんパンが売られていた。18穀だか16穀と名前がついていて、ちょっと野趣に富む生地にクラシックな味のあんが調和しているこのしっかり感に、あんパン好きの僕としては大いに満足！
Bée is my favorite boulangerie, and they introduced a new bean-paste bread (="anpan"). It is called 18 or 16 grains, with rustic flavor, and it harmonizes with the paste that tastes traditional. I am kind of anpan freak, and I love such a dense style!
