八ヶ岳方面に向かう途中、山梨の長坂ICを降りて昼食に立ち寄った。場所を特定するのはちょっと努力が必要だが、何もない周囲には場違いなくらいセンスの良い棟を構え、昼は蕎麦、夜はフレンチを供する。
もともとは東京でやっていたワインバーを畳んでこちらに来たとのこと。前菜のマリネは確かにフレンチ的。そして鴨ネギのつけ汁が美味。来春から1室宿泊も始めるらしいので、そうなったら是非ともディナーに来ようと思う。
We get out of the highway at Nagasaka interchange in Yamanashi prefecture on way to Mt. Yatsugatake, and stopped by at this restaurant for lunch. It may be difficult to find the spot in the middle of nowhere, but this stylish house stands out in its neighborhood. They offer soda noodles in the lunch time, and French dinner in the evening.
They used to run a wine bar in Tokyo before, and indeed had the starter a slight French flavor. The noodle I had was canard and green onion the dip soup of which was very tasty. They plan to open a room facility for lodging starting next spring, and it may be convenient for me to try their dinner with a relaxed stay.
